Michelle Foster is an international performing artist and producer.
Foster has been touring and performing professionally since the age of 14, when she was chosen to perform as a soloist at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for an audience of thousands. In the summer of 2024, she was selected to perform for the United States Ambassadors to the European Union in Brussels. She has played with two-time Grammy Award winner Gloria Gaynor, Tony Award winner Laura Benanti, 1976 People's Choice Awards Favorite All-Around Male Entertainer Tony Orlando, The Tokens' Jay Siegel, The Duprees, The Clovers, The Tymes, The Skyliners, The Classics, Jay & the Americans, Franke Previte, Edwin McCain and many more.
In the summer of 2019, Foster was cast in her first professional musical at Axelrod Performing Arts Center. Months later, however, Foster was selected to perform as vocalist/keyboardist at The Gallo Center in Modesto, California. Though Michelle’s first love was always musical theater, her experience performing in various tour programs opened her up to a world where her diverse talents could merge. While performing as a collaborative pianist and vocalist in Canada, Michelle “stuck out as a clear talent” (The Palace Theatre).
At 23 years old, Michelle created, produced and starred in The Unauthorized Broadway Concert (formerly titled Broadway 2020), an original musical review that showcases her mastery of voice, piano and drama as she takes audiences on a journey through Broadway classics. In 2020, Michelle launched her second tour program, Welcome Home: The Legacy of Carole King (formerly titled Sweet Seasons), which continues to play to sold out audiences across America. Foster’s bubbly personality and ability to befriend audiences through both song and story have rendered her in high demand. She now tours full-time in both North America and Europe. In addition to touring, Michelle is the owner of the prestigious event band Foster the Beat and a recording artist/composer/part-owner of the private music production company, Tunedly.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, with minors in chemistry and dance. She has continued her studies at The Juilliard School, Liz Caplan Vocal Studio, and one-on-one with the most prominent casting and creative directors in New York. When she is not on tour, Michelle enjoys music directing, conducting musicals and teaching voice privately. Outside of her career, Michelle is a passionate adult figure skater, lover of Paris, and dog mom.
“Michelle was amazing and it is clear she is going to
have a long career ahead of her.”
